As for a tutorial, find your YouTube video, copy the bit after the ''+" sign from the URL. Click the 'Insert: YouTube' button to the left of the posting dialog and post the bit you just copied into the resulting popup. Bingo. I'm a bit hesitant to enable flash in general because of that. If enough people want it, I'll look at it again, but no promises at this stage.
