Dugena Bauhaus chrono

Recommended Posts

amuthon

In the thread about my current collection: here

some people commented a pic from a gen Dugena chrono. (DU100311001)

It's a quartz watch with sweeping chrono seconds hand (Seiko movement cal. VD67A )

40mm diameter and 20mm lugs.

I love the clean look and call it Bauhaus style, dunno if that's true.

Original price was about 150€, but Amazon sold it for 80 and Ebay for 50€.

here are some new photos...

Nice toaster B)

Nah, seriously, I wanted to buy exactly the same watch shortly before I found rwg :D The only thing that I don't like so much about it is the lugs, could be problematic to source a fitting strap...

Very nice watch (and toaster!) :thumbsup2:

I agree that the clean look is really nice, and yet it still has enough going on to be interesting. Very smart.

I wonder whether the toaster has a co-axial toasting mechanism.

The Dugena is nice, they are quite popular with their clean looking watches.

I'm not quite sure about the mechanism but the seller told me,

it was the first toaster on the moon! B)
