Del 4,497 Posted August 7, 2011 I changed the strap on my lovely PAM 318L to a new Meyhofer black calf strap that I bought from The Watch Band Centre for an incredible 17.95 Euros. I also added a 22mm polished Pre-V buckle that I had spare. Link I wanted something more dressy for the watch, similar to the gen strap, and I think this works really well (the watch was previously on a KH Xiran Sub in vintage brown, which is heading to nunu78 tomorrow ). The strap itself is beautifully finished, not too thin and is soft and comfortable - I'm well impressed actually! I snapped some pics yesterday - hope you enjoy! greg_r 82 Posted August 8, 2011 Nice one, mate. OEM-style straps are definitely the way to go with modern PAMs. I hate to see some vintage-style inch-thick lump of cow hanging off the lugs of a modern watch - never saw the appeal. Vintage style straps are fine on vintage watches, but otherwise meh... I like Meyerhofer's straps - my real favourites are their Cartagena gator print straps - I've got a couple of 'em (there's a black one on my 177L - the other was on my bronze SOH but is currently being saved for a future PAM buy B) ). Very high quality and still only about €22.
