Yes, they're OK but not super reps I think. You can get that at most dealers I'm sure. Asian 7750 for ex.

I think those 24 hour hands are the ones on quartz watches... or do you mean the 12h hands that just follow the main hand (found on handwind movements)?

The small hand at six on my gen speedmaster counts elapsed hours, on most reps it just follows the hour hand or is a 24 hr hand

The gen uses a 7750 movement, so if you find the a7750 movement version, the functionality is the same.
