45mm Radiomir is in trouble with 'swiss'

Part 1.

Right forget about why I want to do it, but I have a 45mm I think its something like a PAM231, and I'm taking out the movement, well it started that way. But now I'm not. I've taken off the back and there is a ring around the movement. The movement rotates inside the ring and the grudgingly rotates inside the case. But the movement won't pop out. Shall I just put it all back together nicely or is one of you white knight's going to tell me how to deal with it

 

Part 2.

Removing the stem.

PAM308 ST19 lemania style hand wind, how far out should i unscrew the screw that holds the winder in, is it one of those captive screws, or does it come out a lot.

Thanks DB I thought it was screw I've been turning and turning both ways, any ideas about the stuck movement as you're on a roll.
