ubiquitous 0 Posted July 26, 2009 My better half has rarely ever expressed interest in watches in general; exception being when it comes to the Chanel J12 that is! I spent some time off and on searching for the right one- A 33mm ceramic in white. I have to say that this isn't a piece that pops up on the sales radar very often, so the hunt was on the back burner for sometime. Until a white ceramic turned up one day in 38mm :g: I discussed the watch with Mrs. Ubi, and after having her try on some of my other watches in similar size (40mm), she decided to give it a try... Not bad, Mrs. Ubi Unfortunately, just a few weeks passed and disaster strikes- A hard and sharp impact to the case results in a shattered bezel insert... So, I decide to disassemble to check for further damage... The damage is even worse than suspected... So, now... We're giving it another go. This time with a 33mm example (the one she wanted in the first place). Ironically, she now prefers the 38mm! Oh well... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

trailboss99 994 Posted July 28, 2009 Damn it you're right! It should be no more than 3mm above the "R" and perfectly aligned to the engraving. No wonder!
