vexorg 0 Posted August 24, 2011 Hi guys, I'm looking to pick up some tools for working on watches, duh. I know a great starting point is to pick up the tool kit they sell in the RWG shop. I've looked through the store and there seems to be lots of really neat stuff but i'm not sure if i need any of that stuff. I want to know if there is anything else i should add to this kit. Prefer to make one big order then few smaller ones, I'm a cheap bastard.

vexorg 0 Posted August 25, 2011 would you add things like oilers? or screw driver sharpeners? Also maybe plan on doing some lume stuff.
greg_r 82 Posted August 25, 2011 A screw driver sharpener would be a good investment for sure.
offshore 0 Posted August 25, 2011 If you get a basic oiler kit, you can use it for oiling or luming. O/S
WebWind 1 Posted August 25, 2011 You need also gloves (nitril or latex), mat and good light source.
Pihlippe 1,294 Posted August 25, 2011 And a large magnet to find small screws on the floor, after you've lost them.
