Extreme closeup of Breitling and Rolex rep dials!

I was fooling around this morning with my Canon 10D (a 2003-era DSLR) and some cheapo macro tubes from Amazon. Should be using a prime lens and a new camera body, but this old gal and her IS zoom lens still deliver some serviceable images for being an eight year old digital camera body.

I tried to capture the crown etching on the crystal but I couldn't get it in that light. It IS there. :thumbsup2:

I remember Ska's thread on his Ult. DSSd - capturing the crown etching takes luck me thinks :)

Good results Zeller. I've also been using the cheapy macro tube assy's on my bog-standard camera with fair results, just some fine tuning needed.
