Luthier 1 Posted September 12, 2011 Recently I found the factory, that make DG4813 - with so much desirable long cannon pinion. I don't know much about this mov't, except it's 28,800 bph, and MIGHT BE straight replacement of DG2813 or 21j with same functions - seconds, minutes and hours hands, and date @3. Will 21j or DG2813 hands fit this mov't? Any other information? This is DG4813 with short cannon pinion. This one - with long cannon pinion. A few pictures of the movement. KinCaidk 0 Posted September 12, 2011 I have swapped in a 4813 tall cannon pin for a 2813 once. it was a straight swap. Dial feel, hands etc. fitted right on.
Member X 91 Posted September 12, 2011 This would make conversion of 2813 cheapies into smooth sweepers a simple process! Price? Minimum order? I think Trailie was looking for some as well
Cynikal.Mindset 1 Posted September 12, 2011 Luthier, if the price is right I will order 5-10 pieces. I have immediate use for at least 3 of these.
schmooze 0 Posted September 13, 2011 I have a 42MM UPO with a DG4813 movement on it's way. Can't wait to pull it apart.

Luthier 1 Posted September 13, 2011 So is Ofrei DG4813. I've read interesting post on RWG2 - Ofrei sell 21,600 bph mov'ts as DG4813, people complained.
greg_r 81 Posted September 16, 2011 Okay, this thread is a tad misleading. The DG4813 28,800 movement has been unavailable for two years or so - which is why it's only rarely turning up in reps at the moment (many models advertised with a 4813 are shipping with a low-beat movement instead - the few that are around are likely to be old stock). A couple of people we all know have had outstanding orders for 2,000 of these (which is the minimum purchase quantity) for most of that time - and they're still not appearing. The factory may claim to be making them, but isn't. Don't expect them any time soon, folks.
schmooze 0 Posted September 16, 2011 I received my 42mm UPO today with DG4813. The watch international A2836 (orange)was USD70.00 more than the perfect clones DG4813 (black). Both look like similar high quality reps, I haven't cracked the DG4813 open yet.
