Don't know.

The chart is for converting from one measure to another - but you have to know the measurement first (in either mm, lignes, or American).

Bumping a 14-year-old thread- waiting on a client so I put this into a spreadsheet in a couple of different formats (pdf, XLS, and Open document)- hopefully, I can get all of them to upload.

Hope it helps someone.
