Balad1 0 Posted September 28, 2011 edit: Number of reps seized and reshipped by Robert revised to 14. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Some of you might remember early this year when I made a resellers purchase from PWC for 11 reps. They were broken down into multiple parcels but customs intercepted them and eventually returned them to sender. After getting a P.O. box in another town I had them reshipped and once again they were seized and returned. Finally I had Robert ship them through an address in mainland CONUS for reshipment to me. I'm happy to say that as of yesterday I now have all 11 reps in my possession. I would like to publicly thank Robert at PWC for all his hard work in handling and rehandling my reps over and over again. He never once complained and would not accept my offer of reimbursement for his additional shipping and handling costs. I took these photos quickly so sorry about the quality. PS: There was another shipment that was seized and returned but made it through on the second try, 2 Corum and 1 BR. Seriously, a nice end to a potentially cry inducing story and massive kudos to Robert for persevering with the deliveries. Can you imagine that kind of service from some of the sites we see?
