what strap to get??

The first photo doesn't need a strap, it needs fewer straps and accoutrements in general.

 

Second photo is less interesting, but it depends if you want to use a deployant clasp. If so, a BOB croco would look good on that watch. Personally, I'd be inclined to fit a bracelet, though.

I think I am not planning on use a deployant for the strap.

It comes with a deployant rubber strap, and I will keep that for more tough conditions.

 

I want a really nice leather strap for everyday use.

Take a look at Tat's straps - I reckon an oxblood with plain white stitching would look great on that watch. Alternatively, OfficialTime on eBay sell a good range of regular calfskin along with some more exotic stuff such as python, shark & stingray. Quality is great and prices are pretty decent.

If you want black croco, then I'd go back to my first suggestion of BOB. I have a BOB brown croco on my 111h at the moment and it's a decent strap for the dough.

Yeah, Heroic18 have some good straps. Tat has some new black straps too which might be worth a look.
