watchrex.com - any reviews?

Recommended Posts

I've contacted all of the Trusted Dealers and have been unable to source the watch I'm looking for. Seems watchrex.com is selling it, but it seems really cheap for "Japanese Quartz Working Chronograph movement". Does anyone have experience ordering from watchrex?

Thank you!

You're not simplygreen, you're... how to say it more delicate... simplystupid?

Stay away from scammers, and use our trusted dealers!!!

P.S. You're welcome.

Pretty sure that is a pic of a gen. So who knows what you'll get if you order from them.

Stick with trusted dealers, if they can't get it, then it probably doesn't exist.

Excuse Luthier, his finishing school was bombed :D

His advice however, is spot on.

If the TDs here can't get the watch you want then I doubt a rep is available and you may end up paying for a non-existent watch - don't do it!

If our dealers can't source it, it ain't repped. A pain I know, and it's tempting to go with someone else, but there's a reason why these sites seem to be able to supply any watch.

Simply put, it's because they use pics of gens, take your cash then send you crap.

Hope this helps

That does seem to be the case Cyril_Clunge. :)

Thank you everyone for the advice. I will avoid them.

Nope, but I do sell bridges. Is there anything in particular you are looking for?

On another site it was pointed out to me their site looks like watch eden's. Looking around here it doesn't seem they're trusted much for good quality products, so I will continue my search. Thanks for the feedback!

As above, if our Trusted Dealers can't get it then it is either extremely badly repped or does not exist. Therefore, if someone says they can get it then you are likely to be scammed.
