Without knowing anything about this model I'd have to go with my instincts as engendered by the listing.

 

1 Seller registered since '04

2 4,600 feedback with 99.5% positive.

3 Excellent listing with full description and excellent photos including movement.

 

I'd say it looks ok, but then again it's not my money.

 

At 33mm this is quite a small watch by modern standards.

 

I hope this helps, but someone may be along soon and blow me out the water.

I would tend to agree with onionbag.

Tissot arent generally an expensive watch .

A wee look at movements common in Tissots of this era suggest it may be a Caliber 3103?

Narikaa always says that Tissots are one of the best and under recognized reps- not saying that one is BTW

I am really convinced this is GEN when looking at the pictures even if I have no idea about the model.

I will bet 100 USD on GEN for first person against it if it is ever proven REP or GEN.
