dave47 6,558 Posted March 14, 2012 Tuesday's choice is an old Rolex Milgauss w/ white dial picked up from an RWI mate from California quite a while ago. Great looker; runs nicely, decent seconds sweep for an A 21j. dave:

(I just thought I'd give it its Sunday name for today. ) Usual outstanding photo, Del. I particularly like the way you use depth of field to drop focus on the strap to the rear. What lens do you use? osteocruncher 0 Posted March 14, 2012 (edited) Marathon training today so this is what I am wearing. Strap advice anyone? Try one of these I like the Forerunner because it has GPS built in. Heard the new Forerunner watches are a bugger to use with the touch screens. Do Polar have a GPS function? Edited March 14, 2012 by osteocruncher

Thanks mate! This photo was taken a while ago before my "light tent" days! I was actually going to take some new pics of the Diver but I must admit that this one came out rather nicely. My camera is nothing spectacular but is very easy to use and has served me well - it's an Olympus E420 with a 14-42mm Zuiko lens. I've also got a 40-150mm Zuiko for it too, which is great when you are out and about.

My other half had a Forerunner 305 that died after 3 weeks, sent it back to Garmin and they sent back a 405 as a replacement. Read lots of people complaining about the touch bezel but it's absolutely fine.
