Greg will we ever see anything else on your wrist?

Some Rolex, maybe, or Breitling, or something more modern...?

;)

Pay attention at the back! I posted a Rolex yesterday (albeit one I'm thinking of selling - the Deep Sea is the only one I wear regularly, the DD is too damn small). :irish_dance:

I'll post a Breitling when I eventually buy an SOH - which is likely to be the only Breit I buy. I dislike the majority of 'em...

DD exist in 41mm size, and fit my 8" wrist perfectly, SOH is a bad copy of Sub, IMO, what about SOSF?

Isn't it a gorgeous watch? And it's huuuge...

Nope - the SOSF, SA, BCE et al don't do a thing for me. Bezels too bulky, too flashy, too busy, trying too hard... ;)

... and Dave likes 'em, which has to be a bad thing :irish_dance:

Seriously, though, I understand the appeal - but they're not really my kinda thing.

I love the SOH 46 and I quite like the Flying B chrono. The Navi is elegant, despite also being too busy, but my Rotary Chronospeed covers that quite nicely - I wouldn't be willing to pay more for a decent rep. That's really the limit of the Breits I like...

In the Rollies 41mm DD is tempting although having now seen and tried on a gen, I don't think the proportions work quite as well as the classic 37mm versions - it's not as elegant, despite being a better size. I'll probably pick one up one of these days, but I'm not really in any desperate rush - there are other watches I want more. I find that 43-44mm is about the right size for me anyhow - at least, it's the size I feel comfortable with. Very fond of my DSSD, which I'd only sell to buy a better one - it gets quite a bit of wear. I liked my TT GMTII (which now belongs to KinCaidk) but, again, it was a little too small so rarely got worn.

As things stand I have about 7 or 8 watches on my short-term wishlist. All but one of them (the SOH) are either PAMs or PAM homages... With highflyingclive no longer around, this board needs a Panerai whore and I guess I'm it. You're just gonna hafta deal with that ;)

Thanks,

watch was my first rep - bought from some german bloke and paid way too much for this one ;)

Meanwhile it has Davidsen Hands, a C3 lumed Dial from a member on RWG2 and the strap is selfmade "patting on the back myself"

I've been naughty, broke my promise to stop buying reps.

i just got the PAM 112 from Sead, comes modded and super lumed with a DSN

dial. I'm not so sure about the dial- seems to matte to me, any PAM experts

comments?

BTW- what ever happened to Dave 123 i never see him even @ RG

Glad to hear it - it's always good to know that one's addiction is shared ;)

Dave made some noises about spending more time with the missus, but I get the impression that he's rather worn out his welcome even at RG...

That sounds like a plan - but I wonder how many of them he's taken along.... ;)

Is that 'shopped? I'm presuming the reflection is, but the lume is *super* bright....!

Only the Frame is "shopped", everything else is out of cam (exposure time of about 5 seconds), reflection is from a

ceramic sink.

And this is how Glowinc V10 exposed for 8 secs looks like :beer2: :
