Both look very good. Whats the difference in price?

Do they both have the little crown etched at 6oclock or is that just the high end rep?

I wouldn't worry too much about the etched crown on the crystal - it's tiny and not noticeable unless you're handing it to someone to look at, which is not wise if you are trying to pass it off as a gen! :P

I'm kinda new to this too, but yes, I would say movement is a pretty big factor. One is 28800 bph and the other is 16600 bph. The first would have a much smoother second hand movement.

the second mevement is 21.000bhp also known as 21J

first movement is 28800, correct.

would go for the movement with 28800, more reliable and

a waaaayyy smoother second hand sweep. way more gen like

They do look DAMN good. Awaiting the arrival of my first rep and already am planning out my next purchase..lol, I didn't see "Perfect Clones" listed as a trusted dealer, are they not? Any feedback on them and also, I didn't see any engraving on the rehault..??? Did I over look something?

Perfect Clones are in the list of acceptable dealers, I think? but they are not one of the preferred dealers for this forum.

All of the dealers shop in the same place and have access to the same watches, so send a link to what you are looking for to the Trusted Dealer of your choice and they can tell you if it is available and give you the price :)

I don't believe the SeaDweller is supposed to have rehaut engraving.

You're right...I believe its actually on the lock ring. Read a big review over on RWI done by one of the members whom did a tear down of a gen DSSD.

Whoops...Shit. Now you're right! I've looked at so many damn reps in the last few days they're starting to run together.

Sorry for the hi-jack "deg26".......now, I'll shut my face and keep reading :footinmouth:

Correct, the engraving is a recent addition to the Rolex line, within the last few (4?) years so older models such as the SD won't have it.

As for the crown on the crystal, probably better if it isn't there TBH. The gen one is very fine and is invisible to the naked eye. All the rep

efforts at re-producing it are far to noticeable.

This is the new SD and it no laser etched crown at the 6 o'clock. It's actually a very good rep, some say even better than the SSD of old.
