jameo210369 0 Posted October 21, 2009 Hi marinamm, welcome to the forum. You have a great collection there, a few Pam's I see. Quite a diverse collection ranging from IWC to Tissot. Great pics thanks for sharing Love the VW speadster, you should have no problems with parts as all parts from a porsche slot right into the VW beatle; she is stunning. greg_r 83 Posted October 21, 2009 A very nice watch collection you've got there - always good to have another Panerai fan on board However, I'll confess it's the Speedster that really caught my eye - beautiful car! Welcome to RWG1 !

JoeyB 0 Posted October 21, 2009 WELCOME marinamm! Nice watch collection, beautiful job on your rep Porsche! I love cars too and built a rep 250 GTO Roadster. I had considered the 356 when I was looking to build a car, along with an SL300 roadster. It was a tough choice, but the Chevy engine I had put it over. Have fun here, this place is nuts - as it should be!
marinamm20 1 Posted October 21, 2009 thanks all for the nice warm welcome :-) really enjoy collecting and buying watches - i wish i had the money to do the same with cars :-) imagine, a 10 car garage, with all the rep cars you dreamed about ;-) - what a dream the 356 build was great fun, took 18 months - there are some pictures here of the build. speedster build og takker til de danske medlemmer - rart at "se" andre dansker - english version - hi danes...... ;-) hope to spend some hours here Br Jesper
JoeyB 0 Posted October 21, 2009 A 10 car garage with a hoist would be awesome, I've longed for one for a while. I'd love to build an Auburn Boat-tail Roadster for living in Hawaii. But then again, all the roadsters are good there.

Member X 91 Posted October 22, 2009 I must own an alfa one day - some of the 156s are particularly cheap at the moment, but cheap for a reason, I fear!!

Member X 91 Posted October 22, 2009 What are the helmet laws like over there? I'd get a scooter to zip into work on as it's not far, it's just that I don't want to ruin my hair... lol
