Doesn't he love us any more?

Or did he have a run-in with someone?

Lol, I don't take cameras to these things! Too expensive. Even just loosing the Canon Ixsus 950 would warrant a nut-kicking from the "Minister of War & Finance"

Still you had a nice time, and that is what GTG's are about

Yea, it was great putting faces to names, even if they were all so bloody ugly.

And getting some Rep history lessons along the way. It was great.

So a big thanks to Col & OB for pushing this and making the effort to fly down and all the other inter fora members who made an appearance.

Oh and finally great move on finding a place that served pints as opposed to schooners. I love me a pint.

OK, so I see I have become "outboard" now  Well I guess I can live with that, many have called me worse!

Like the others, I really enjoyed the day (and night); some great people and great watches and watch discussion.

Col and I went Harbour cruising on Sunday, and I came home sunburned to hell.

So I look forward to the next GTG, which is scheduled for Brisvegas in early new year.

Thanks guys, and great to meet some fellow horoholics.

Ha ha

OS or OB, typing and thinking of OB motors, easy mistake. I was still trying to kick start the brain this morning.

Good to see you were both up early enough to take advantage of the day.

Yes, a good time was had by all who attended I think. And a better night by some perhaps?... Enjoyable meeting, and great to hear some stories from the old guard. Both watch and non watch related. And it was helped even more by not one or 2, but having 3 mods from the forums turn up.

Yes there are pics and they shall be posted. I have had a crap of a day and haven't even Dl'd them from the camera as yet. As soon as I do and get around to PSing the faces out and loading them to PB I'll post 'em.

BTW, that was indeed the GG in the Statesman BB. Obviously she had heard we were in town but was just too timid to come say hi
