sfa437 0 Posted November 1, 2009 Just wanted to show off my Arktos that I picked up from Gazumi. It's a 21j model (perfectly happy with that ) and was missing a bezel square so I decided to try my hand at fabricating a replacement. Not too shabby if I say so myself.... Well here she is the franken Arktos/flatware PAM 21j It's nowhere near perfect but passable. On the wrist the bezel square made out of a steak knife doesn't stand out as bad as it does in the macro pics Once it's polished it'll pretty much be indistinguishable from the others. Of course I could have gone to Canal St and gotten a 50 dollar rep and pried off the bezel marker but it was so much more fun this way

greg_r 84 Posted November 1, 2009 You got the wrist to carry it off Greg? I'll tell ya tomorrow My theory is that a B&R BR01 is actually larger corner to corner (@65mm) and I can get away with one of those (albeit I found it a little bulky to wear, but that was partly down to the stiffness of the rubber strap). Yes, I know - I'm rationalising. We'll see
