Steve227 0 Posted May 12, 2012 Nice pics as always mate! Look stunning! Is the strap on the 127 the one it arrived on? Is it good quality? 127 looks so good I think I'm guna have to order one tonight.
DFH 0 Posted May 12, 2012 What would a weekend be without a Del photo shoot? Killer pics, as always, my friend. Wish you were here to photograph my newest arrival - only you could do the EGI proper justice!!! I will do my best tomorrow and post for your approval!!! Cheers, Del - have a great weekend and thanks for sharing...

Del 4,497 Posted May 12, 2012 Thanks guys! @ Steve227 - yes, that's the rep strap it came on. I think it is excellent quality and have no intention of changing it for now. It's soft and supple and a good likeness of the gen I believe. @DFH - have fun with the EGI photoshoot. I'm looking forward to seeing your pics! @ Philippe - I've had a busy day running TV cable all over my in-law's house, taking my youngest son to a birthday party and having lunch out with my wife so I reckon I was due some time to myself to play with my watches! Baldrick 1 Posted May 12, 2012 Nice pics Del, I think you're probaly more at home shooting outdoors than indoors, you've come a long way PS, where dya shoot them Pollok Park or somewhere, obviously I left behind some good weather
Crusader 0 Posted May 12, 2012 Amazing, I stared for quite a while at 127, so many details to look for, especially the glass, can't get enough of it. Great photos mate, as always

Del 4,497 Posted May 12, 2012 Thanks for all the comments guys - glad you like the pics and watches. @ Baldrick - thanks mate, many folk have helped me improve my pics both by instruction and by inspiration, you being one of them! They were taken in the grounds of Casa de Del btw.

Molcos 0 Posted May 12, 2012 Del : What setup do you have? Lens etc. Do you do a lot of post processing on the pictures? The sharpness was just out of this world Im guessing some kind of macro lens?
Rav747 0 Posted May 12, 2012 Lovely, Del. just lovely.
Del 4,497 Posted May 12, 2012 Thanks again guys. Del : What setup do you have? Lens etc. Do you do a lot of post processing on the pictures? I use an Olympus E420 DSLR with Zuiko Digital 14-42mm lens. I do a bit of post processing like correcting the white balance (not much required on these outdoor shots though), cropping, slight sharpening if required and adding a border. That's it! I also took about 120 shots to get these 5 that I liked best!
Molcos 0 Posted May 15, 2012 I need to go and practice a bit more i think. Probably get an uv lens as well, do you use PS for the editing afterwards?
