You have to get a trust.. or class 3 were you live? Here you have to get a living trust and then buy the silencer under the trust or go to the a chief leo in your area and get his sig.. for a class 3 either way it takes 200.00 tax stamp and 4 months of waiting nice to see you can own what you want were your at... to many damn gun laws anymore.
