tommylad 0 Posted June 25, 2012 Almost a year ago, I bought a $99 42mm Planet Ocean from Robert. It was a nice watch for the price and the rubber strap was a bonus. However, resizing the bracelet was a complete bitch and I scratched the watch to hell before taking it to a watchsmith who managed to do it for me. So when I bought the latest v5.5 42mm from Trevor, I was in no rush to resize the bracelet. In fact, I just stuck it on a strap I had ready. But at some stage you have to put it on the bracelet. So it was with some trepidation that I took out the bracelet to remove some links ( I am very poor with tools). The links on this model have handy arrows to let you know from which side to push the pins. Pushing the pins out with the pin-pusher tool (sic) was incredibly smooth and easy and none of the tubes came out like with the last one. Ten minutes later I had a perfectly sized bracelet and no scratches on the case at all. Considering my awful skills, anyone buying this watch and fearing a titanic struggle doesn't have anything to worry about.
