I'm sure they seemed like a good idea at the time, most things do after copious amounts of vodka. Side note, hooray for bottle service. If this picture was taken from the same stall I visited in Greenhills, the Top Guns were quartz and goes for about $100. Like paradise eh?=) Do you know there is a famouse Gunsmith in an area named Danao, boy they sure make firearms @ a very cheap price! (like that of our reps) Yes Cebu is quite dangerous now cause its growing in terms of developments and microeconomy level whatever the fuck it meant for me lol just avoid the urban, congested areas, pickpockets maybe common in those areas. The "PI" used to be quite dangerous back in the '60's when I was there... One time while sitting in a restaurant in Manila, the waiter told us all to get down on the floor NOW!!! There was a "Dodge City" type gunfight going on right outside the front door on the main drag!! Everybody openly carried sidearms, mostly WW2 surplus Colt 45 autos....
