Omega polprof

Recommended Posts

Steviewise3

Hi

Sorry to be a newbie posting and asking loads of questions, but any help would be much appreciated.

Been lookin at getting a polprof but want the beat replica I can find.

Don't mind spend the money of its worth it, I.e. good movement, waterproof (swimming)

Can anyone recommend a good site? As there seems a huge disparity in prices.

Is it worth payin for a better movement??

Thanks again

Steve

Watch out for V2 version, any trusted dealer will be able to source it for you.

Swiss (selitta or eta) movements are not neccessary imho...asian clone works fine.

Thanks for the quick reply,

Are there any sites you recommend?

As cant believe the price difference with the V2, they go from £200 - £400.

Thanks again fr your time / help

Steve

Check out the Trusted Dealers here ---> http://www.rwg.bz/board/index.php?showtopic=60

Send them an email explaining what you're looking for and they'll sort you out. Best advice is to hold off ordering for a week or so and have a good read of the forum. Much easier to sort your first order with a bit of knowledge.

Mary (watchinternational), Marvellous Replica or Torobravo.

Go for rubber strap and buy a nice shark mesh on the bay. clasp can be easily changed.

This one has a clone ETA movement . As for the waterproof part , I would always have it pressure tested myself first before showering , swimming , kayaking , diving , tombstoning etc . Just in case :)

Description says clone movement, do yourself a favour and have a read in the forum before ordering something.

Many questions will be answered by doing your homework mate...

Oath! I pulled the back on mine today (damn hairspring tangled from a less than 4" drop!) and the lock ring could have been undone with finger pressure!

Have a V2 inbound from Watch International for $288 with clone movement. Mary offered to pressure check it but since I'll likely remove the case back for an inspection I'll likely have it checked at my local mall watch guy also. Good luck, it's a great looking watch.

V1.5 inbound for me from Mary for $175. Waiting on QC pics - fingers crossed but probably going to be after her vacation. No biggie.
