Dendo 93 Posted August 12, 2012 Hand removal tools are not all they are cracked up to be. I use one but on occasions I use a thin scalpel blade. Critical thing is to protect the face and hands. My Bergeon tool is hit or miss TBH. My struggle is always getting the second hand back on without dislodging the minute hand - what is it with these hands?? - no satisfying click when you put them in place...........drives me bonkers

onionbag 1 Posted August 12, 2012 I've also got a hand setting jig coming, as well as loads of other bits and pieces, I've a couple of busted watches to tinker with, and I figured it was time to start. I guess a new era of frustration and hair pulling is about to dawn.
