Easiest way to tell, look at the tourby, look at the extended pushers and if you still don't know look at the movement. How much was the seller asking? Is not for sell, my friend received it has a gift, supposedly it was a watch owned by Sammy Sosa and it was gave it to his parents due to a work done to Sammy, and Sammy have it as a gift... Still, reps, besides being a beautiful act of homage, blah blah blah, do end up fooling someone(s).
