Beware of Breitling!

Recommended Posts

I think Breitling have gone just a little over the top with the disclaimer that hits you the moment you load their website:

I mean, sure there's a lot of fakes out there, but don't buy a Breit on the Internet? What about the legit dealers that have web sites?

Discuss.

officially authorized breitling ad's are not allowed to sell on the internet the same as rolex. they are all grey market or used and will not be warranted by breitling. if they catch an authorized ad selling on the net they pull their dealership.

Not just limited to watches: appliances, handbags, cars, fixtures, etc...

A bit over the top though.
