The Breitling (going to a friend) is nicer than I expected. The pam is about what I'd expected, a great value and fun for the money. The lume seems to be damn good, too. Surprising! cvp3 2,103 Posted August 24, 2012 Just got mine. I went with black straps on both. Wow, just wow for $178!!! $119 Breitling is super heavy. Feel like I paid $5 per pound = cheaper than steak. Dial is incredible (fantasy or no fantasy I could care less), but lume is a little weak. A7750 movement is da' beans, gotta love sweeping seconds (sure beats sloppy seconds). $59 Pam is good fun. Could the date wheel be anymore sunken....doubtful. The lume here though is simply just incredible. I'm a sucker for glassback cases so this one does push a few of my buttons. The pens..........hilarious, but at these price absolutely no complaints on my end. Very interested in seeing what strap Serge comes up with for the Breit. All tasty reps. The GTM hand on my PAM appears to move half an hour for every hour. Is this as intended with this movement? I tried searching for problems with GMT Pams and this movement but had no luck... Bit of a Doh moment there I have to say, for the money I think these two were a good deal. For me they were really a test as these are almost my first reps (besides a fiddy and PAM 326). That's almost how much it costs to buy the movement alone. I wonder what then next of the "crazy sales" will be, apparently there's been a few in the past.
