Stuttering Hour Hand on Parnis Power Reserve

Just got this replacement when my new Parnis Power reserve died 2 weeks back.

 

Thankfully it was delivered near to 12pm because when setting the time, I realized that the hour hand will stutter when moving from the 58th to 01 minute position. Here a video of it:

It seems to be getting better after more passes though, as it's now barely noticeable on this 7th take on the video.

 

Should I send it back again or it's probably some dirt causing the hand to jump?

 

These guys are responsible seller and for such a low cost I do feel sorry for them. Don't wish to put them out of business.

Probably a speck of dirt inside the movement, watch is running fine since.

 

But will keep in observation ward though, the last one died after a month plus.
