Chavezzito 121 Posted September 12, 2012 That´s so sad Hazz, hate when I find something that really is not a big issue but you when you know it´s there it is annoying. Hope you have a steady hand!

Hazz 0 Posted September 12, 2012 Has anyone ever undertaken this fix ? yes, but you need a fine oiler, not a toothpick. 0.1 pin OK ? and paint? what type ?
JohnPilot 1 Posted September 12, 2012 I would not touch it, you'll never get the right sahde of white. It will be even more visible than now.
myaz 3 Posted September 12, 2012 Having painted miniature models when I was a kid, the toothpick would seem too big.Back then, I used a paintbrush and cut off all the bristles except for a few. To paint eyes on a figurine 1cm tall, I would use a brush with a single hair, lots of patience. Your problems will be matching the color and 1 single wrong move and it will look worse than if you do nothing. Don't think you could remove where the paint goes too wide. 10:10 Watch Repair 1 Posted September 12, 2012 Has anyone ever undertaken this fix ? yes, but you need a fine oiler, not a toothpick. 0.1 pin OK ? and paint? what type ? I use Krylon shortcuts, but that's just because I have it. By pin, do you mean a straightpin? You need the oiler because it has a little diamond shaped tip to pick up the paint in the right amount. Too pointed, will pick up too much, strangely.
