Who can fix my watch?

I bought a GMT IIc Pepsi and it arrived with a dud

movement. I would like to buy a new movement and hands to suit if I must (col sourced a new mvt but didn't fit the hands). I guess sourcing new hands for the mvt Col found is another option.

Whichever is the best thing to do. I was thinking is it an option to buy one if the new super lined ones and just get the ceramic Pepsi look that I'm after.
