bri47 0 Posted September 24, 2012 I ordered my first rep. from TTW168.com (trusty time - Andrew) the payment was verified OK on the 17th but I have yet to hear back, only that he will send QC photos prior to shipment. Is this common?. I was actually refered to TT by a high end jewler whos brother bought a rep from this site. I understand two to three weeks delivery time, but no contact after payment, no QC photos, no tracking number in seven days? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Member X 91 Posted September 24, 2012 Trusty are one of the bigger sellers so are likely to be very busy, but they are reliable Send them a follow up email asking if they have received the payment, and they should get back to you Whatever you do, don't do any credit card chargebacks without contacting the Mods and Admin on here first! Olig7475 0 Posted September 24, 2012 Thats defiantly TT's website, I've ordered a few watches from Andrew and the transaction has always been good. It can take a few days ( a week in my case) before QC pics are sent, stick with it I'm sure you will hear from him soon. TT is also on the TD list here, so if you do have any problems then the mods will be along to help. Don't start any disputes with TT without talking to the mods here!
