There is nothing that you can do except wait for the package to be delivered to the shipping address or until a letter from Customs arrives instead. If it is still with Customs then there is nothing you can do until they contact the recipient. If it is with the Post Office (or whoever delivers EMS in Belgium) then they will attempt to deliver it, or will leave a card to say that they tried to deliver it but nobody was in.
