arancini 0 Posted October 4, 2012 So I recently purchased a Rep. PAM 111 and agree with a previous poster on here that the thicker style straps seem to suit it best rather than thin bands. Have looked at some of the TD Straps and many look superb. Just wanted to canvas opinion as to what other people's thoughts may be. Any PAM 111 photos / feedback appreciated. Would be great to have a few examples in one thread if possible.
tanweekiat 0 Posted October 4, 2012 Some straps for my PAM 111. Yes, indeed only thick strap look good. And the buckle also play an important role. PVD Pig buckle for me

baxter 6 Posted October 4, 2012 Depends what look you are going for. I have had mine on various thick straps and whereas they look great - don't rule out a really good quality croc strap which gives the watch a completely different look and imo lifts the watch into a different league giving it a more refined look which would not look out of place with a suit. It will cost you for a good one but it's well worth it. Some pics of straps i've had on mine : orloff croc Migliore Tan Rep Assolutement panatime Black Galaxy 024a on orloff croc

arancini 0 Posted October 4, 2012 (edited) Thanks so much guys for the pics. Some really cool straps among all those lot! P.S. Aston, where did you buy that watch display case? Love it. P.S.S. kolchak 17 Posted October 4, 2012 the options are endless - anything but the crappy plastic rep strap a new 111 will surely be wearing...unless you can order it with a rep asso or rubber.

Agree about the crappy plastic rep strap. Kicking myself now that I failed to order it with a Rep Asso. Love that beige colour and look. The Asso seems to have a soft, felt -like texture to it from photos. Can anyone confirm or deny?

Chiquita Fanjita 1,782 Posted October 4, 2012 P.S. Aston, where did you buy that watch display case? Love it. Cheers mate, I got a couple of them off eBay. Think they were only about £15-20 each, so relatively cheap but still decent quality.
LeandroBR 14 Posted October 4, 2012 Agree with @Baxter. A nice dark brown or tan croc strap would look fantastic. Dark grey croc too ( check Kain Heritage webpage). Also, I like the vacchetta strap series from orloff straps. below, my 005 with "ambar" model. Of course, the gen dark brown assolutamente strap would look perfect too, if you are willing to spend more. Cheers!

Focal 0 Posted October 4, 2012 I actually am one of the few people i think who does not like a thick strap on his 111. Got mine with the assostrap from toro. Nice soft feel to it. Maybe i will buy a nice OEM like croc strap one day.
