avalosc 0 Posted October 18, 2012 (edited) I'm trying to avoid buying the whole crystal since I only need to exchange the cyclops. Since buying "just the cyclops" is probably not likely, do Clarks' crystals have a 2.5 magnification? Any other recommended sellers? Thanks in advance. Here is the cyclops that's been bothering me for ages. Edited October 18, 2012 by avalosc
scorpion 0 Posted October 18, 2012 Cant see any picture? No idea if you can buy them separately but if you can what type of glue would you use to attach it that maintains the clarity? Sorry to answer a question with a question - someone will be along soon with an answer

It's an homage, from Parnis. They seem not to be able to get the correct magnification on the Datejust's. Which is weird because their other homage's have correct magnification. Crusader 0 Posted October 18, 2012 Wouldn't the glue be visible through the cyclops, if you glued it on the crystal? I have no idea how they put it on....

Trabant Dave 0 Posted November 3, 2012 Not sure about the crystal, but for a fixing solution look at windscreen repair kits; here in the UK Halfords sell them, they come with a thin liquid that sets over a short exposure to UV, either sunlight or synthetic, as it is designed for repairing glass auto windscreens it's optically crystal clear, and the fact that it doesn't cure immediately means you can reposition/eliminate bubbles etc. before exposing to UV... Just a thought from a noob. Dave
