baxter 6 Posted November 6, 2012 Yeah - absolute bummer - i am currently trying to get the old strap off as it needs something different anyway but am going to have to take it to a watch guy in town as the screws are so tight in the strap and of of such massively poor ( soft ) quality with shallow slots that i can see i'm going to round them off !! I've got to say that it's a shame that for $600.00 they can't use some halfway decent hardware on these - they're definitely not made with any thought given to retrofitting. ( but i guess we all know the score here ) in future i think when ordering AP it would be worth asking for the watch with the strap separate if i am going to fit a different strap anyway.
