where to you fix the top gun V3 crown issue

hi guys, im actually interested to get the top gun V3 , but before i pull the trigger i got a few questions to ask

 

i'd read up quite a few days about this watch , but i found that many ppls got the crown ripped of issue with this model, but is this common happen on v3 as well ?

 

if unlucky that it happens on mine, where should i send to repair (with the spare crown provided is better)

any1 can share some experience about the issue above ?

 

i just solution before i pay for the watch in case any thing happen thanks~!
