He does not business with his DLC really. The other point is the price, far more than a graphite treatment. The ultimate mod could have been a gen movement (Concepta) for 750 USd + installation. But that makes the rep over 1000 USD, and I refuse to put more than 4 to 500 in a rep. Yeah, I hear what you're saying, Pix - but even with the Concepta full works version at $1200, that's still quite a bit cheaper than gen! I'd love one and would do this if I had the cash as, otherwise, you're effectively paying $1000+ on top of that for just the metal case and strap if you get the gen! very nice X. I have a 60's Waltham diver in my watch box to use as a model. Funny, I put the 300M on a khaki green NATO and didn't like it at all. It seemed to fight the colors in the dial, in my eyes at least. It's from Aquatimer, except I changed connecting links from Aquatimer bracelet to connection links from 21j version of Cousteau Divers. Mary also found correct pins for me. @stb - yes, it's black dial with absolutely gorgeous doublesided AR. Watch bought from Mary too. This is 21j version: This is a bunch of bracelets - one from Aquatimer, one from 21j version, one from God knows where, I didn't use it. And here's my Cousteau Divers on SS bracelet after modding.
