madcatlancelot 1 Posted January 31, 2010 That's a nice homage, greg, was it from getat?
greg_r 81 Posted January 31, 2010 That's a nice homage, greg, was it from getat? Yep Original review here: http://www.replica-watch-guide.net/forum/i...?showtopic=1844 I now have it on a different strap (also from Getat). It came on one of Tat's "StrapCulture Cross Legend" style 'Cross stitched' strap, which is nice, but looked too new for the watch. I now have it on a really nice, butter-soft 'seal brown' strap I got from Tat a while back. Looks a million bucks. I'll take some more photos soon...

Pix 0 Posted January 31, 2010 Love the Ingy, Pix! Which dealer, if you don't mind me asking? I believe you can get it everywhere... Honestly I can't remember. It's quite old now. Maybe that was Timesshops. @KC : we both have snow today it seems : that's a nice occasion for different shootings.

sconehead 5 Posted January 31, 2010 Some quick and dirty pics of my RXW MM20 rep I plan to mod from Mary, enjoy the Nokia snaps G and K... ...and the strap is impressive for a $110 rep...
greg_r 81 Posted January 31, 2010 What do you think of the case vs Getat or MMs, Sconey?
sconehead 5 Posted January 31, 2010 What do you think of the case vs Getat or MMs, Sconey? I'm awaiting a Getat/Jackson case courtesy of Patron (thanks mate, I owe you one) to make a comparison with. Personally, from pics only mind, I reckon the RXW is closer to a 6152-1. I've already put a round into Nightwatch with regard to a caseback, dial and plexi. So all I need now is to service the Molnija, put in the higher canon pin and of course, plenty of time to put it all together... Whichever case is least suitable for the build is getting the Hammy 917...

P_Diddy 0 Posted February 1, 2010 how long have you been 'bodging' watches, ermm I mean 'modding' watches does it take much practice? Just did a movement and datewheel swap ( without breaking anything) It now has a 28.8k 21j movement.
KinCaidk 0 Posted February 1, 2010 how long have you been 'bodging' watches, ermm I mean 'modding' watches does it take much practice? Just did a movement and datewheel swap ( without breaking anything) It now has a 28.8k 21j movement. I have been breaking watches for quite a while now... a year or so.. Only the last months, I have been able to fix something instead of just breaking stuff
