skidaddled 0 Posted November 7, 2012 Hi All, Just wanted to say hi, and thanks for the resource - some very interesting and enjoyable reading here... Think I will devour much more. As an introduction, I'm a graphic designer, based in London, UK, love my work, my home life, travel and the finer things in life. Have a sharp eye for detail and classic lines so will be interested in smaller, simple classics in the coming years. Recommendations welcome! Haven't pulled the trigger on anything that I am interested in as yet watch wise (Other than a classic swatch jelly for nostalgia a year or so back!) - I have been bitten by the no-date subs look of late, but am presently blown away by the variety and craftsmanship, and want to be very happy with my first rep before I fully decide. Will be back with q's soon - of course! Thanks - Michael

BadPickle 2,802 Posted November 7, 2012 Welcome fellow Brit!! Search and read plenty of post skid. There's plenty of info about different dealers of subs. Only buy from the trusted dealers, email them with details of exactly what you want and one or all will be able to fulfill your sub needs. But above all, have fun!! Good luck mate. skidaddled 0 Posted November 7, 2012 Thanks guys - appreciated. I ended up here after having a crazy dream to build a gen Rolex sub from sourced spares, but quickly realised it would cost more than the 2nd hand gen on average costs, and I would have no idea if they were genuine parts (as I know F'all)... then discovered BK and TC from a write up and haven't stopped reading since... so much I had no idea existed. Happy days
