How to repair minor scratches on a titanium bracelet

What are the best ways to repair or buff out minor scratches on a titanium bracelet? I did try a search for this but was not very successful. Sorry if this has been covered extensively before. Pointing me in the right direction would be great.

Make sure you get the proper safety gear for it too, like masks and gloves. Fiberglass is nothing to mess around with. Good luck
