New IWC Top Gun 3880-01 (GEN)

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone.

Had some time yesterday and tried out the new iwc top gun 3880 at 46mm.

Impressions? I want it now! Watch looks fantastic, no side top gun logo and the new strap is with deployment.

Not much to say other then if I had the 10k$ I would go for it!

I will order the the 44m top gun v3 from Toro just to ease the pain and wait for this to get reped!

Wristies for your enjoyment! (wrist size 19cm or 7,5'') I think 46mm is my limit.

While I was at it I tried the 44mm iwc 3777 for size reference.

Feast you eyes!

Very nice.

Who knows. Maybe when you get your Toro version, you can wear it at the dealers (jokes).

Thanks for posting pics.

Hey guys, help me out.

I have been researching the top gun v1 and v2 and toros v3. Opinions on which one to get?

Also, is there an ss 44mm version of the 3717 like the 3777 I posted?

I'm also really interested to know which version to get. I'm toying with the idea of getting a genuine Swiss ETA version but its around $800.

Did you ever see working split seconds on replicas?

No I haven't and am really not that into the 3rd knob. The 3777 looks really nice at 44mm but is not reped yet I think. Am I wrong?

Is the top gun considered a "super rep"?

I have just recently purchased this 3880 rep and split seconds works. Great looking watch, happy with the purchase.

this one does not have split second function period. just a reg chrono. don't confuse them two...
