HWG 11 Posted December 10, 2012 Ok, I had been searching for a watch with some certain criteria... 42-45mm case, diver/sport style, exhibition case back, SS bracelet, auto movement. Budget was not to exceed $1200. I posted a thread about it yesterday and had some great recommendations for Oris, Ball, Doxa, Etc. Prices ranging from 1300 to $2800 and none of them really got me excited. After work, I was out shopping for Christmas stuff for the kids. I decided to do a little watch shopping. I found this Tissot, it checked all the boxes, I liked the way it looked on my wrist, and it was only 50% of my budget! Specs: 42mm case ETA 2836-2 Movement 100m Water resistance (perfect for swimming) Day/Date Fixed bezel I am quite pleased, and came way under my budget, so I may get a new Citizen that caught my eye as well!
