A23J Movement question

Hi, I'm about to buy na Maxi Marine Diver SS Black Wavy Dial & Bezel on Black Rubber Strap A23J and I never saw any info in this movement and I was wonderinf if it's a 21J modified for the power reserve mechanism. Am I wrong?

I belive its a moddifed movement that allows an extra function such as on my Chopard which has a power reserve meter.

But I bet someone else will have a more full answer shortly.

The 21J is actually a 23 jewel movement.

Its very good, power reserve is great at almost 3 days and the power gauge is accurate and works well. Watch is also very accurate.

The A23j movement is a good one.
