bos98 0 Posted January 2, 2013 The watch still keeps time but the chrono function will no longer work at all. It worked last time I wore it, but has spent about 4 months on a watch winder with zero wrist time. Today I put it on and noticed the chrono hand was not sitting at the 12 position. I attempted to reset and nothing happened. I then tried to start it and nothing happened. Oddly if I press the start/stop pusher occasionally the 60 second dial will stop or start. Any suggestions? This was my first rep so I am somewhat partial to it. I am in the USA and would pay to have it serviced if I could find someone reputable in the states that can work on a 7750. Any suggestions? If anyone would like to see a video of the problem as described I can record one later. Thank you in advance! -Bos98
jacobarch 0 Posted January 2, 2013 pm 10:10 or Wiz depending on where you are located. You can at least have them take a look at it. 7750's are notorious for having faults.
bos98 0 Posted January 2, 2013 Thanks, it has been a solid performer for about 2 years now. It was a sad morning here... alas I still wore it all day.
