Based on interest we can narrow down a -date -time -location/venue I have the time and wilingness to handle the lionshare of the logistics. TxRub779 1 Posted January 22, 2013 UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Reservations made and confirmed! We are set for Maggiano's NorthPark Center in Dallas for Saturday, February 16th at 1:00pm. We will have a private room upstairs (can hold 30) and valet parking IS INCLUDED for our entire party. The reservation, when you arrive, is under "Watch Collectors Group". We have to pre-order the food and it is served family-style (large portions to be shared around the tables). I'll try to pick a nice assortment, but it will be Italian food so probably not much low fat etc on the options list. Water, coffee, tea (and maybe soft drinks? - forgot to ask) are included. Bar/specialty drinks are on you. I'm covering the bulk of the expense and all of it (except bar drinks) will go on my credit card, so anyone who wants to contribute can just kick in $5-10 per head and that will cover the overage. We'll probably just have an bowl or bucket to drop cash in anonymously so noone feels pressured or embarrassed - I want people to attend whether they can afford to or not. So whatever is in the pot at the end is fine - I'll cover as much of the expenditures as needed. If too much money is donated at the event, I will donate the overage to RWI on behalf of all of us. I'll start a new thread tonight anouncing this as this thread is titled "Temperature Taking". Please spread the word to anyone in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas or Louisiana you know of. We're going to have a great GTG, guys!!
