andy66 81 Posted March 5, 2010 Every one of my expectations have been met,top quality piece. The OR strap is nice and soft and the clasp feels a really solid build,im not going to make the mistake i made with my UN and jump in to alter it too fast. I was that eager to wear it i forgot to alter both sides of the rubber equally.Luckily its not very noticable. There must be a tutorial on the OR somewhere........... :irish_dance:

greg_r 83 Posted March 5, 2010 Nice! The current crop of Breitling reps really are first class - and yeah, the OR strap is the right choice for that watch imho. The OR is very easy to trim. It's held in the clasp via springbars - you just need to slide a springbar tool down the side between the strap and the clasp. Just use a very sharp Stanley knife to trim the ends (they're pre-marked in the right place to trim) and make sure you get the cut line straight as the holes for the springbars are quite close to the trim line. Don't be tempted to do it too fast. Trim equally from each side and do one section at a time to make sure you don't trim too much. If you alternate sides, you should have no problems. It only took me about 15 mins to get the OR strap on my SOH trimmed to the right size - nice easy job.
andy66 81 Posted March 5, 2010 (edited) Im on it now G,theres a guide on Breitlingsource but i dont have a springbar tool...... Im gonna take it real steady, lol. The OR is quality,im looking to put one on my Skyland aswell. My only gripe is the micro adjuster is pretty stiff and im flapping that ill be too rough with it.....................
