MY NEW S.A !!!!!

Recommended Posts

Every one of my expectations have been met,top quality piece.

The OR strap is nice and soft and the clasp feels a really solid build,im not going to make the mistake i made with my UN and jump in to alter it too fast.

I was that eager to wear it i forgot to alter both sides of the rubber equally.Luckily its not very noticable.

There must be a tutorial on the OR somewhere...........

Nice! The current crop of Breitling reps really are first class - and yeah, the OR strap is the right choice for that watch imho.

The OR is very easy to trim. It's held in the clasp via springbars - you just need to slide a springbar tool down the side between the strap and the clasp.

Just use a very sharp Stanley knife to trim the ends (they're pre-marked in the right place to trim) and make sure you get the cut line straight as the holes for the springbars are quite close to the trim line. Don't be tempted to do it too fast. Trim equally from each side and do one section at a time to make sure you don't trim too much. If you alternate sides, you should have no problems.

It only took me about 15 mins to get the OR strap on my SOH trimmed to the right size - nice easy job.

My only gripe is the micro adjuster is pretty stiff and im flapping that ill be too rough with it.....................

Yup - the rep OR is pretty much indistinguishable from the gen. I don't like rubber straps as a rule, but that one is superb.

WAHEY!!!!!!!!

All adjusted and fitting perfect. For such a big arsed watch its very very comfy.

@greg-easy my arse, well the actual resizing is quite a simple process but i was shitting myself in case i goosed it up!!

Heres me with thoughts of getting inside an auto watch and having a play, seeing whats what!!

NOT A CHANCE.too fiddly for andy, ill leave it to the experts i think.
