Since 2005 I regularly buy from him and never found a dealer with a better service. - His QC pics are the best. Its really the watch you see that you get. - I did compare a lot of dealer prices and found they are mostly the same. - His shipping fares are indeed higher than most others but for 10 bucks more I can still sleep well. - All watches from him came quick, they were send +- 5-10 days aftre I accepted QC pics But the most important, for me, his after sales service. - A few times I needed a piece, he found it an send it to me for FREE. ex: hour marker on bezel from Breitling, new steel strap fro VC Overseas, new clasp for Rolex DSSD ... Last week I got from him a big Egi and a 382. I broke the stem from the crown of the 382, it was my fault. I mailed him on sunday and he will provide me a new spare crown with stem! I just received two watches from Toro and while they are not flawless, I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the products and the TD's here. Regards, Its like a lottery, I have two watches from Toro, 1 was perfect one a desastre. Problem seems more to be in chinese production lines, one day I was told "we don't need QC, our workers control themselves" muhaha A little watchmaking knowledge helps in rep collecting. I could be wrong, That watch was too ugly to have been serious. I see by looking around at his posts that he's not so nice to everyone. Its nice to see someone come out and support Andrew. I didn't say he was "the Best!", I just thought he did a good job. I didn;t realize he " grabbed" my money like Luth said. Man I made such a mistake buying from him, what a putz I am.
