KBH 7 Posted March 18, 2010 Just waiting for the movement. Watchmaker 9 case with gen dial
Member X 91 Posted March 18, 2010 ooooh, nice Is that blue bezel/blue markers? They were a TT model, weren't they? I know someone on geek made similar, they're great Bet the dial set you back a bit! lol
KBH 7 Posted March 18, 2010 Actually the insert is more purple than blue. I may have a gen insert coming soon, at least I hope too. It will be a more of dark blue. But this insert actually matches the dial markers pretty well. As far as I know Rolex only made these in two tone but I actually think the SS looks better. KBH 7 Posted March 18, 2010 Scone, Thanks but unless I come a across a gold bezel assembly, that won't work for me. Kinky, Speedy's servicing a gen 2824-2 for me at the moment. I'm also waiting for a gen slate/gray date wheel that's in the mail. I'm not sure exactly if that's going to work yet. Haven't seen it. And "Oh, another Sub!" Greg. The guy who's got 10 watches and nine of them that all look alike.
